you enjoy everything we have to offer. Please
read these Terms carefully as this will be binding agreement between You and VoiceGate
Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.., (“VoiceGate”).
These Terms govern your use of the
websites that link to these Terms. In these Terms, the word “Sites” refers to
each of these websites and the services offered on those Sites. You
automatically agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Statement simply by using
or logging into the Sites.
Please note that we offer many
services. Your use of VoiceGate products or services are provided by VoiceGate
pursuant to a separate manually or digitally-executed agreement. Those
additional terms become part of your agreement with us, if you use the services
or log into the Sites.
You may be required to subscribe or purchase
VoiceGate application in order to use certain services or features on the
Sites. To create user account, you must be at least 18 years old and you must
provide truthful and accurate information about yourself. You are advice to
update your account detail regularly including password. Create user account by providing certain
personal details such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, plans
and payment details.
In some cases, an account may be
assigned to your organisation and your system administrator / employer will
assign to you. If you are using or logging into an account, additional terms
may apply to your use of the Sites. Moreover, your administrator may be able to
access or disable your account without our involvement.
You may not share your account with
anyone else. Please keep your password confidential, and try not to use it on
other websites. If you believe that your account has been compromised at any
time, please notify your system administrator.
VoiceGate offer on-premises and
hosted solution. It is available in OPEX
and CAPEX model.
OPEX model is yearly subscription
model and user can renew the subscription anytime. User will be notify via email about the expiry of account. After expiry up
to one month you have the option to renew services with same virtual number
After that VoiceGate do not guarantee about allocation of same number. Commercial plan will be changed time to time
and will be notify to user.
CAPEX model is one time purchase of
equipment with standard / extended warranty. After the warranty period, user
can renew the contract and extend the warranty by paying the yearly maintenance
fee.
Corporates user can increase or
decrease the user license attached to corporate account and billing will happen
on actual subject to minimum billing. We reserve the right to modify our Sites,
add or remove functionality or features or stop a particular feature altogether
at any time, with or without notice to you. We also reserve the right to charge
a customisation fee for any of our features or customisation that you may need
User can surrender subscription any
time by giving agreed notice. We reserve the rights to delete your account info
and block access to our service.
VoiceGate has rights to transfer your Virtual number to other user.
VoiceGate will terminate your
services any time If we observe any violation of rules and law your services
will be terminated with immediate effect with notice to you.
Using our product / services does not
give you ownership of any intellectual property rights to the content you
access. Using contain of our site is
strictly prohibited unless permitted by authority. You should not use our service to violate any
Law, Regulations and anyone’s rights.
Certain services and plan are not for telemarketing. Using the service for telemarketing. d. In case of a DND complaint
resulting due to violation of the directives/guidelines issued by TRAI, user
will be solely responsible to pay penalty to TRAI or the concerned user or
VoiceGate at actual, after all legal remedies are exhausted
While creating user account on our
website you are authorising our partner / staff / representative to contact you
in a manner consistent with our Privacy Statement.
All Intellectual
Property rights reserved with VoiceGate. All the information, text, graphics,
data and other materials (“Content”) available on our website may not be
reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including
photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the
prior written permission of VoiceGate.
Shall be used only to use of product and services. Our Website or Blog may contain our service
marks or trademarks as well as those of our affiliates or other companies, in
the form of words, graphics, and logos. Your use of our Website, Blog or
Services does not constitute any right or license for you to use our service
marks or trademarks, without the prior written permission of VoiceGateYour
use of our Website and Services does not grant you any ownership rights to our
Content.
We ensure that product comes with
standard / extended warranty and during period we are committed to provide Services
at commercially reasonable rate. We give our best effort to make sure you enjoy
uninterrupted services. But there are certain things beyond our control and that
we don’t promise about our Services. User has a choice to extend the warranty by
paying maintenance fee it is always advance.
We are force to modify these Terms at
any time basis to meet government regulation or laws or market dynamics. By
continuing uses of our product and services, you agree to this revised term. If
you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using or logging in to the
Sites.
If you do not comply with these Terms we will take appropriate action in due course of time.
This terms shall be governed and construed in
accordance with the laws of India. The Courts in Hyderabad shall have exclusive
jurisdiction to adjudicate upon any dispute arising under this Agreement.

“Site”) and our mobile application is for general informational purposes only.
